Mr. Stringham primarily practices in the areas of finance and business law. He is a finance and real estate professional with several years experience in the commercial finance / real estate / construction arenas. Over the last decade, he has analyzed and underwritten working capital and capital expenditure loans as a senior credit analyst in a $40 billion bank; participated in due diligence for bids on sub- and non-performing commercial real estate loans in the secondary debt market; marketed a 350 acre land development to commercial, industrial and residential developers; and estimated building costs for a commercial building contractor.

Licensed to practice law in New Mexico, Lee Stringham has a J.D. from Regent University School of Law, a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
